location, time in business, business or personal credit, type of business or equipment.
AFFORDABLE FULL SERVICE LEASE'S AVAILABLE:
Rented/Leased units are covered for mechanical failure repairs & includes a PM (Preventive Maintenance) Cleaning Program as well as scheduled water filter replacements.

*(Lease payments are also based on equipment size, type, quantity, location of lease & other variables)

*(Tax Exempt customers must provide verifiable copy of tax exempt certificate)
*(Lease Payments are based on 3yr Contract unless specified in writing & approved by both parties)
*(All leases require equipment to be covered by customers property/contents insurance through out duration of lease)
*(failure to provide proof of insurance may result in an additional charges to cover 3rd party insurance on equipment)

*Customer Responsibilities - Ice machine installation and proper operation of equipment is dependent on reasonable access to the correct electrical and water supply, adequate floor drain, reasonable ambient temperatures that do not exceed manufacture recommended limits, adequate space around unit for proper air circulation and access during normal business hours for maintenance and repair issues. Installations that do not have standard hook ups or access or that require the use or services of an additional contractor such as an electrician or plumber may incur additional charges.
